“When and how does order ship?”
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the e-Transfer payment, excluding weekends. Packages are sent via Canada Post Express, with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 days. Tracking information will be provided to you upon shipment.
“How do I know my order was shipped?”
When your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email shortly after shipment. This tracking number allows you to view detailed information about shipping times and dates. Due to occasional issues with our emails being routed to spam folders, you can also track your order through your account on our website.
Please note that once the package is handed over to Canada Post, we have no control over the shipping process. Any shipping-related inquiries or issues should be directed to Canada Post.
“How long will it take to receive my order after it’s been shipped?”
Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 3 business days to any address in Canada. Please be advised that we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post. Once a package is handed over to Canada Post, it is their responsibility to ensure delivery within the specified timeframe. For any delays or issues, please contact Canada Post directly.
“What are the cut off times for orders and shipping?
Orders placed by 9:00 AM each day are processed and shipped the same day, with tracking numbers provided to customers.
Orders received after 9:00 AM will be shipped on the following business day.
Similarly, if an order is placed before 9:00 AM but payment is received after this cutoff, the order will be shipped the next business day.
“How does the tracking process work?”
Each package sent via Canada Post with a unique tracking number. This number provides detailed updates on the shipment’s progress until it arrives at your address. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers in the late afternoon on the day of shipment, as our shipping team finalizes packing slips at that time. Consequently, while shipments are dispatched around midday, tracking information is sent later in the day.
Please note that all mailed items are processed by the post office by 3:30 PM PST daily. There is no difference in arrival time whether the package is dropped off in the morning or afternoon, provided it reaches the post office before 3:30 PM PST.
“Can you guarantee that my product package will arrive after ordering?”
We recommend using a secure mailing address that you are confident is protected and accessible only by you. While rare, there are occasional instances where packages may go missing in transit, which can occur in any industry.
