Your confirmation order and and tracking numbers are sent internally on our server from our admin panel to your MEMBERSHIP DASHBOARD, NOT YOUR EMAIL.
If you are confused about this follow these directions:
1) Sign into your account or make one, it’s on the right hand side of the header – ( or at the top right of any page where it says “My Account”)
2) Once you are signed in if you do not see Messages / Confirmations in front of you click on My Account again.
3) Click on Messages / Confirmations then click on EXPAND.
4) Now you can message us and see your confirmations and tracking numbers.
a) NEW CUSTOMERS THAT DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET
b) CUSTOMERS THAT NEED TO RESET THEIR PASSWORD
c) IF AN ADMIN HAS NOT GOT BACK TO YOU IN 48 HOURS

2) Simple questions about shipping and payments?
3) Did you not get your order confirmation email?
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. IT’S THERE GUARANTEED. IF IT IS THERE MARK THE EMAIL “NOT SPAM”.
